Champion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, (formerly Brockton Health Center), is a 99 bed nursing home located in Brockton, Massachusetts. Steps away from Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and a few miles from Good Samaritan Medical Center, we are conveniently located close to Routes 24, 18, 27, 37 & 123, we have served Greater Brockton for more than 40 years.
Champion Rehabilitation & Nursing Center offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy in addition to long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life services. We are a community based, family-friendly facility and provide excellent personalized care.

Our residents at Champion Rehabilitation & Nursing Center made the most of the beautiful weather, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying a wonderful afternoon outdoors. The day was made even more special with the melodic sounds of Nick Costello on guitar, filling the air with music that had everyone smiling, singing along, and tapping their toes. 🎵🌼
