Champion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, (formerly Brockton Health Center), is a 99 bed nursing home located in Brockton, Massachusetts. Steps away from Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and a few miles from Good Samaritan Medical Center, we are conveniently located close to Routes 24, 18, 27, 37 & 123, we have served Greater Brockton for more than 40 years.
Champion Rehabilitation & Nursing Center offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy in addition to long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life services. We are a community based, family-friendly facility and provide excellent personalized care.

Spring was in full bloom at Champion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center as we celebrated Easter with a day full of joy, creativity, and connection! 🌸🐣
Our talented Dietary Team delighted everyone with a special holiday treat — their homemade Cheesecake Peep Truffles! These sweet, festive goodies were as adorable as they were delicious, and quickly became a favorite among residents and staff alike.
The celebration continued with a fun-filled Easter basket activity, where residents enjoyed getting creative and adding their own personal touches. Laughter filled the room as everyone shared stories, memories, and plenty of smiles while working side by side.
Moments like these highlight the importance of socialization and community, and it was truly heartwarming to see so many residents engaged, connected, and enjoying the spirit of the season together. 💛
