Steps away from Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and a few miles from Boston Medical South, we are conveniently located close to Routes 24, 18, 27, 37 & 123, we have served Greater Brockton for more than 40 years.ย
Champion Rehabilitation & Nursing Center offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy in addition to long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life services. We are a community based, family-friendly facility and provide excellent personalized care.ย

Champion Rehabilitation & Nursing Center recently joined with our valued partners at Beacon Hospice for a heartfelt memorial service honoring the beloved residents we have lost since January. โค๏ธ
The Beacon Hospice Chaplain led a beautiful ceremony as residents placed rose petals into a bowl of water in remembrance of loved ones and those they wished to honor. With spiritual music, reflection, and shared memories, the service concluded with coffee, pastries, and time together. โ๐น
